Proposing 19 military, defense, and cryptographic legal institutions by 2030

On July 17, information from the Ministry of National Defense said that the Ministry of National Defense's Scientific Council has just held a meeting to evaluate and accept the project "Research to perfect the military, defense, and cryptographic legal system by 2030, with a vision to 2045".

Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission, Chairman of the Council chaired the meeting. The topic was chaired by the Department of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of National Defense, with Major General Han Manh Thang, Director of the Department of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of National Defense, as the project manager.

The topic consists of 3 chapters, 10 sections, 02 appendices, clarifying the theoretical basis for building and perfecting the military , defense, and cryptographic legal system until 2030, with a vision to 2045. The topic also forecasts the factors affecting and the content of perfecting the legal system in this field, and at the same time provides specific solutions.

The content of the Project includes 3 chapters, 10 sections, 02 appendices. Based on clarifying the theoretical basis for building and perfecting the military, defense, and cryptographic legal system by 2030, with a vision to 2045, forecasting the factors affecting and the content of perfecting the military, defense, and cryptographic legal system by 2030, with a vision to 2045, the Project has proposed solutions for building and perfecting the military, defense, and cryptographic legal system by 2030, with a vision to 2045.

The Council unanimously assessed: The project is an independent scientific work, of theoretical and practical urgency, carefully and seriously researched; has completed the objectives and research content according to the approved description and signed contract, has enough main products and intermediate products according to regulations; has scientific value and the ability to apply in practice.

The topic has built the theoretical basis of the military, defense, and cryptographic legal system in aspects such as: Concept, basis of formation, role, and relationship of the military, defense, and cryptographic legal system; proposed 19 institutions of military, defense, and cryptographic law.

The research results of the Project contribute to supplementing and perfecting both theory and practice in the field of military science in general and in the practice of building and perfecting the military, defense and cryptographic legal system in particular.

The content of the topic can be used as a reference in scientific research or as teaching material in military schools.

At the same time, it is an important basis for leaders of the Party, State, Central Military Commission, Ministry of National Defense and strategic advisory agencies to refer to and apply in leadership, direction and organization of implementation of the completion of the military, defense and cryptographic legal system in the coming years and vision to 2045.

The acceptance council conducted an evaluation vote and unanimously recognized the Project as Excellent.

This result marks an important milestone in the work of building and perfecting Vietnam's military, defense and cryptographic legal system, contributing to firmly protecting the independence, sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity of the Fatherland.
