Speaking at the opening of the seminar, Mr. Hoang Anh Minh, Editor-in-Chief of VietnamFinance Investment Magazine, said that in late 2023 and early 2024, the National Assembly passed the revised Land Law, Housing Law and Real Estate Business Law. With important adjustments, these three laws have established the foundation for a new development phase of the Vietnamese real estate market.

“Along with the efforts of the Government and localities since the beginning of 2023, these three laws are expected to clear legal obstacles, create conditions for projects to be launched and restarted, help businesses have enough basis to carry out mergers and acquisitions, improve the financial situation, overcome challenges and help the market revive after the crisis that has lasted for nearly 2 years,” said Editor-in-Chief Hoang Anh Minh.
“In the context of rapid legal developments and relatively strong market changes, identifying and evaluating investment opportunities is receiving great attention from the business community, both from an individual and corporate perspective,” Editor-in-Chief Hoang Anh Minh shared.
The organization of the seminar "Real estate investment opportunities with the revised Land Law" is part of the flow of events related to real estate finance organized by the Financial Investment Magazine - VietnamFinance. Previously, at the end of 2023, the Financial Investment Magazine launched the publication "Opening the Real Estate Finance Stream" and organized a seminar on this topic.
"Today's discussion will continue to clarify the issue of financial inflow in the real estate market, with the hope of contributing more voices to help the market develop more healthily, more effectively, and contribute more to the economy ," Mr. Hoang Anh Minh shared.
At the seminar, delegates said that the revised Land Law, along with the revised Housing Law and Real Estate Business Law, will contribute to legal facilitation for real estate investment and business. The speeches also proposed recommendations for continuing to improve general policies for the land sector and the real estate market in the new period.
In addition, delegates also assessed the real estate market developments in recent times and identified new investment opportunities. Many opinions from practice, especially from businesses and distributors, have had a more complete view of the current market context.
