Attending the music night were Mr. Nguyen Van Nen - Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Mr. Phan Van Mai - Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee along with many guests and a large audience. The program featured 25 famous artists such as Elvis Phuong, Khac Trieu, Cam Van, Hong Nhung, Quang Dung, Le Quyen, Thanh Ha, Phuong Uyen... According to the organizers, the participating artists did not take a salary but also donated more with the desire to contribute to helping the people of the North overcome difficulties.

At the end of the program, the organizers announced that the amount of money raised was more than 5 billion VND. All the money from this music night will be transferred to the Tam Long Viet Fund of Vietnam Television, contributing to building new homes, bringing hope and a better future to the people of Lang Nu village in Lao Cai .
