On the evening of November 26, SJC Company listed the gold buying price at 82.7 million VND/tael and selling price at 85.2 million VND/tael - a decrease of 100,000 VND compared to the morning. In just 1 day, the price of gold bars lost nearly 2 million VND/tael.

The price of gold bars varies between units. Mi Hong Company bought SJC gold bars for 83.7 million VND/tael and sold them for 85.2 million VND/tael. ACB Bank bought gold bars for 83 million VND/tael and sold them for 85 million VND/tael - a total decrease of 2 million VND compared to the previous day.

Meanwhile, the price of gold rings and jewelry of all kinds plummeted. SJC Company bought gold rings at VND82.1 million/tael and sold at VND84.2 million/tael - a decrease of half a million dong compared to the morning. In just one day, the price of plain gold rings decreased by VND2.3 million/tael.

Gold ring price dropped more than 2 million VND in just 1 day

Some other companies raised the price of gold rings to a higher level, such as PNJ Company buying at 82.7 million VND/tael and selling at 84.4 million VND/tael.

In just 2 days, November 25 and 26, those who bought SJC gold bars and gold rings at a price of around 87 million VND/tael, if they sold at this time, could lose 4-5 million VND/tael.

Notably, domestic gold prices continued to decline, despite the slowdown in global gold prices. In the international market, gold prices are currently trading at $2,631/ounce, up nearly $30/ounce from the session's lowest level.

However, compared to the previous session, the gold price on November 26 still decreased by about 70 USD/ounce.

According to analysts, gold prices are under pressure to take profits because investors are selling after the market updated information from the US, related to Mr. Donald Trump announcing the personnel selected and nominated for his upcoming administration...

Currently, the world gold price converted according to the listed exchange rate is about 80.8 million VND/tael.

Not only gold, the USD index also fell sharply in the international market. On the evening of November 26, the USD index fell to 106.8 points, down quite sharply from the 107.4 point mark in the previous session.
