On the afternoon of August 12, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education announced the list of independent candidates who are not eligible for admission.
According to this announcement, the school's 2025 enrollment plan stipulates that the enrollment targets include candidates who graduated from high school in 2025. For candidates who graduated from high school from 2024 or earlier, the school will only consider admission when the candidate has a high school graduation exam score in 2025 according to the admission combination or the 2025 Ho Chi Minh City National University capacity assessment score.
