Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy recruits 222 additional students

According to the announcement, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy is recruiting additional students for 6 majors, including: preventive medicine (80 positions), midwifery (65 positions), nutrition (22 positions), medical testing techniques (10 positions), medical imaging techniques (5 positions) and public health (40 positions).

The school recruits students nationwide with the B00 admission subject group (math, chemistry, biology). However, the school only considers candidates who took the 2025 high school exam (not using reserved results). The input quality threshold for the above 6 majors is 17 points. The time to submit admission registration is from September 22 to 29.

The school notes that candidates can register for an unlimited number of admission wishes and arrange their wishes in order of priority from highest to lowest (wish 1 is the highest wish). If many candidates have the same score, priority will be given to choosing math for admission.

It is expected that on October 7, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy will announce the results of additional admission.

In 2025, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy will enroll 12 majors with 2,325 positions. In addition to the 6 majors mentioned above, there are also medicine, dentistry, traditional medicine, biomedical engineering (groups A and B), and nursing. Previously, the school's admission scores for regular universities ranged from 17 to 23.88 points, much lower than in 2024.

For regular university training, tuition fees at the school range from 44 to 63 million VND/year. Meanwhile, for regular university training, tuition fees range from 51 to 75 million VND/year.
