According to Ms. Le Thi Phuong Thuy, Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training, this year's teacher recruitment has a rich source of candidates, many of whom are new graduates with good qualifications. The fierce competition is considered a "golden opportunity" for schools to choose quality teachers to meet the industry's innovation requirements.

According to Ms. Thuy, many positions in this year's recruitment are highly competitive. Many subjects have only 1-2 quotas but attract dozens of applications, including subjects with a competition ratio of up to 1/30, equivalent to 60 candidates competing for 2 positions, a record high level of competition in Ha Tinh so far.
The positions of preschool, primary, secondary and high school teachers are all highly competitive. In the group of preschool teachers grade III, the whole province recruited 36 positions, with 301 candidates taking the exam, the competition ratio is 1/8. In the group of primary school grade III, 180 positions were recruited with 1,089 candidates taking the exam, the competition ratio is 1/6. In the group of secondary school grade III, 52 positions were recruited, with 275 candidates taking the exam, the competition ratio is 1/5. As for the group of high school grade III, 11 positions were recruited, with 154 candidates taking the exam, the competition ratio is 1/14.
In the 2025 teacher recruitment, candidates will take the exam in two categories. With the "attraction" category according to Decree 179/2024/ND-CP, 27 candidates registered, of which 26 were qualified; the interview round was held on October 27, 2025. With the regular exam category according to Decree 115/2020/ND-CP, 1,880 candidates registered, of which 1,820 were qualified. The written exam, lasting 180 minutes, will take place on November 5, 2025.
A representative of the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training said that the written exam format helps ensure objectivity, transparency and fairness, creating equal opportunities for all candidates.
A new point in this year’s recruitment is that candidates can register to take the exam right at the school where they are applying, to create maximum convenience for candidates. This is also a solution to help balance the teaching force, suitable for the characteristics of Ha Tinh - where the situation of surplus and shortage of teachers still occurs locally in some localities.
