After more than 20 days since its official premiere on April 4, the movie Tunnels: Sun in the Dark still receives a lot of support from audiences of all ages.
On social networks, many viewers still share their movie tickets and the emotions the movie brings. That is the reason why the crew decided to bring a special version to viewers as a thank you for loving and supporting the movie throughout the past time.

According to the crew, the new version changes and adds slices of everyday life, new details about guerrilla soldiers, and life in the tunnels.
There are also some adjustments to clarify some of the audience's concerns. Thanks to that, this new version has a more coherent progression. From there, the war story can be told again in a simple, emotional way, but also clearer, more coherent and closer than ever.
The distributor representative also revealed that this special version will replace the old version and will be shown in theaters during the April 30 holiday.

According to the independent box office website Box Office Vietnam, as of noon on April 25, the film has grossed over 157 billion VND.
At the same time, the film still maintains its position as the top 2 box office in daily revenue.
