Quang Ninh Electricity supports Ha Tinh province to restore power grid after storm

Implementing the direction of Vietnam Electricity Group and Northern Power Corporation on mobilizing maximum resources to support the restoration of the power grid damaged by storm No. 5 (Kajiki), Quang Ninh Power Company urgently established a shock team to support Ha Tinh Power Company.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh, Director of Quang Ninh Electricity Company, assigned tasks to the Shock Team before leaving for Ha Tinh province to support power grid restoration.

On the night of August 26, storm No. 5 made landfall in the Nghe An - Ha Tinh region with very strong winds and caused widespread heavy rain. The storm caused a series of power lines and transformer stations in the North Central region to have problems, seriously affecting the power grid system managed by the Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC), causing interruptions in power supply to customers. In Ha Tinh, two 110kV lines (Cam Xuyen - Ky Anh 2 and T500 - Huong Khe) had problems, many areas in the area stopped or reduced power supply...

Providing human and material support to Ha Tinh province, at exactly 5:00 a.m. on August 26, the Quang Ninh Power Company's Shock Team consisting of 45 members departed for Ha Tinh province. These are skilled engineers and workers with rich experience in incident handling, PCTT & TKCN of the Company. The team is equipped with a vehicle to transport workers, a crane, along with specialized tool sets and essential supplies such as temporary iron poles.

The shock team prepares materials and equipment to go to school to support Ha Tinh province in repairing the power grid.

Before leaving, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh, Director of the Company, assigned tasks and requested the Shock Team to work with the highest spirit of effort, overcome all difficulties, complete the assigned tasks well; quickly help Ha Tinh province to restore the power grid; ensure absolute labor safety and traffic safety.
