Sharing with VietNamNet, actor Ly Hung said that his whole family stayed at a hotel in the Marina Bay area - where there are famous high-rise financial buildings. In the morning, Ly Hung wakes up early to jog and walk around the Marina Bay artificial lake, each lap is about 4km, running 2 laps is enough for him.
The actor combines running and walking to see the landscape, life and people here, spending about 2 hours to 1 session before returning. On lazy days, he works out at the hotel gym.

"The air here is fresh, quite deserted and there are many people jogging and walking like me. Good exercise helps my body not to be sluggish and I can enjoy the trip more," he shared.
Ly Hung added: "Traveling and sports are my two hobbies. In recent years, I often travel with my family. Not many people exercise when traveling, but I have kept this habit for many years, the same goes for trips to the US, Japan... Being a martial artist, I am used to exercising, otherwise I often feel restless and itchy in my hands and feet."
Ly Hung revealed that at the age of U60, it is difficult to avoid aging, and losing weight is also slower. Therefore, the actor tries to maintain a regular exercise routine to stay healthy. Specifically, when at home, Ly Hung maintains walking, jogging, pull-ups and gym at Bau Cat Sports Club (Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City).
