Local adjustment of zoning plan No. 2A and No. 3A of Soc Trang city

STO - On the afternoon of May 22, at the meeting room of the People's Committee of Soc Trang province, comrade Tran Van Lau - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to listen to the report on the local adjustment of the planning of subdivision No. 2A, Ward 2 and the adjustment of the planning of subdivision No. 3A, Ward 3 of Soc Trang city, Soc Trang province. Also attending were leaders of relevant provincial departments and branches.

At the meeting, delegates listened to the consulting unit present reports on planning adjustments. For the local adjustment report on subdivision planning No. 2A, Ward 2, Soc Trang city, Soc Trang province, scale 1/2000, the area is 172.63 hectares, in which the adjusted contents include: adjusting newly built residential land into medical land and updating mixed land for housing and services. For the adjustment of subdivision planning No. 3A, Ward 3, Soc Trang city, Soc Trang province, scale 1/2000, the area is 157.52 hectares. The proposed adjustment contents include new traffic planning orientation, updating the boundaries of ongoing projects and adjusting the land use structure.

Through the presentation of the consulting unit, delegates had further clarifications on the arrangement of planned routes and land use functions along the routes that must be suitable for the long-term development conditions of Soc Trang city.

At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Lau requested the consulting unit to continue researching and adjusting the contents according to the comments of leaders of departments and branches.
