Adjustment of zoning plan of Six Senses Saigon River Project

The Provincial People's Committee has decided to approve the local adjustment of the 1/5,000 scale zoning plan of subdivision 3.3 according to the adjustment of the general planning of the new urban area of Nhon Trach (at the location of the Six Senses Saigon River Eco-tourism Urban Area Project).

According to this decision, the scope of implementation of local adjustment of subdivision planning 3.3, at the location of Six Senses Saigon River Eco-tourism Urban Area Project in subdivision III-4, with an area of over 55 hectares.

Regarding the planning adjustment, the land area of nearly 422 hectares will be re-arranged and the type of social housing will be adjusted from townhouses to apartments. At the same time, the location of public and service functional areas will be re-arranged, including: administrative agency land area of nearly 3.9 hectares; commercial and service land of nearly 6 hectares...

Along with that, rearrange the location of tourist land, technical infrastructure system, traffic system route, park green tree system, water surface, isolated green trees...

The local adjustment of subdivision 3.3 at the location of the Six Senses Saigon River Eco-tourism Urban Area Project increases the proportion of green land, traffic land, technical infrastructure and reduces the proportion of tourism land, residential land and isolated green land.
