Adjusting the progress of Dien Thang Trung Market Street Residential Area project

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to adjust the progress of the investment project to build houses in Dien Thang Trung Market Residential Area until the end of December 2024 according to the request of the Department of Planning and Investment in Official Dispatch No. 1024 dated April 16, 2024.

The adjustment of progress is to create conditions for the investor to review and submit to the competent authority to adjust the detailed planning (1/500) of the project; carry out other related documents and procedures, complete the project, accept and hand over for use, and finalize the project completion.

The Provincial People's Committee requested Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company 501 to urgently complete the dossier and procedures for adjusting the detailed planning (1/500) for appraisal and approval and fully implement other related dossiers and procedures to complete the project, hand it over for use and finalize the project in accordance with legal regulations.

Fulfill financial obligations related to the project in accordance with legal regulations; coordinate with relevant agencies to submit to competent authorities for re-approval of land use fee collection levels in accordance with regulations.

At the same time, strictly comply with legal regulations on monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on project implementation status, tax reporting and compliance with local government regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Dien Ban Town People's Committee to urge the investor to complete the detailed planning adjustment dossier (1/500) of the project and adjust other related dossiers and procedures to promptly hand over the project for use, complete settlement, and end the project.
