Investigation into suspected arson in Ninh Binh

On June 30, information from Ninh Binh City Police said that this unit is temporarily detaining a suspect (the police agency has not yet released his identity; he lives in Nghe An province) to investigate the act of this person setting fire to a house.

The house was set on fire.

Previously, on the afternoon of June 29, a man suddenly threw a petrol bomb into the first floor of a house in Ninh Phuc commune ( Ninh Binh city).

Because the first floor of the house was used as a billiards business and contained many flammable items, the fire quickly broke out.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Police - Rescue Police of Ninh Binh Province arrived to put out the fire.

The fire did not cause any human casualties, but damaged many properties of the victim's family.

Immediately after the incident, Ninh Binh City Police deployed forces and arrested the suspect, a man residing in Nghe An province.

The cause of the incident is being investigated and clarified by Ninh Binh City Police.
