Comrade Phan Dinh Trac, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission spoke at the meeting.

At the meeting, the representative of Division 320 gave a general report to the working delegation on the history of the unit's formation; training work, combat readiness, good ideological work, building a regular order, maintaining strict discipline, coordinating with local Party committees and authorities to do a good job of mass mobilization work, participating in building new rural areas in the area where it has been stationed in the past time.

Over the past years, Division 320 has thoroughly grasped and effectively implemented Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; Directive 855 of the Central Military Commission on implementing the Campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers" and other campaigns, creating a widespread emulation movement throughout the unit.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Phan Dinh Trac highly appreciated the results that the unit had achieved; congratulated the outstanding achievements and glorious feats of the Dong Bang Division in 72 years of building, fighting and growing.

Based on the achieved results, regarding the direction of implementing the unit's upcoming tasks, comrade Phan Dinh Trac suggested that Division 320 should promote the unit's tradition, continue to unite, regularly train, master the area; coordinate with functional forces to effectively handle defense and security issues occurring in the area.

Working scene.

The Division also needs to make great efforts to train, stay close to the area and the people; participate with local authorities in socio-economic development to fulfill the tasks of the combat army, the working army and the production army; be worthy of the title of Uncle Ho's soldiers, loyal to the Party, loyal to the country, filial to the people; complete every task, overcome every difficulty, and defeat every enemy.

Comrade Phan Dinh Trac and the delegation of villagers commemorated the heroic martyrs.

On this occasion, the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Martyrs Memorial House of Division 320 during the resistance war against France, against the US, to save the country and through the periods; visited the unit's Traditional House; and visited veteran revolutionary cadres and typical veterans in Pleiku city, Gia Lai province.
