BHG - Continuing the working trip, on the morning of June 4, the working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired by Comrade Nguyen Manh Dung, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Xin Man District Party Committee to review the results of leadership and direction in implementing political tasks in the first 5 months of the year; deploy tasks for the following months and the results of implementing Resolution No. 27 of the Provincial Party Committee on eliminating backward customs and practices, building a civilized lifestyle among the people of all ethnic groups in Ha Giang province, period 2022 - 2025, orientation to 2030 (Resolution 27). Deploying political tasks in the first 5 months of the year, the Standing Committee of Xin Man District Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense and security; Party building work, and the political system. The political security situation and social order and safety in the area are stable; the economy maintains good growth, the economic structure shifts in a positive direction, focusing on developing agricultural and forestry production; disbursing public investment capital, capital for 3 national target programs, and the new rural construction program. Culture and society are cared for and maintained. Military and national defense are focused on, building a peaceful, friendly, cooperative and developing border... Resolutely leading and directing the implementation of Resolution 27 of the Provincial Party Committee on eliminating backward customs and practices and building a civilized lifestyle among the ethnic people of Xin Man district and has achieved positive results.

Discussing at the working session, the members of the Provincial Party Committee gave many enthusiastic and responsible opinions to the Xin Man District Party Committee on the achievements, shortcomings and limitations so that the District Party Committee could pay attention to leading and directing the implementation in the coming time. Concluding the meeting, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Dung acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the Xin Man District Party Committee in the first 5 months of the year, especially the spirit of solidarity, unity, and exemplary behavior in the District Party Committee Standing Committee; in leading and directing the implementation of political tasks in the locality, there have been specific results; the people of all ethnic groups have actively implemented the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws and policies.

The Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Standing Committee of Xin Man District Party Committee to absorb the opinions and contributions of the members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to fully and seriously implement them; promote the contents that have been done well, and overcome the contents that still have shortcomings.

Continuing to improve the quality of party cell activities, developing new party members; implementing well the construction of "four good party cells, four good grassroots party committees"; paying attention to leading the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity; mass mobilization, ethnic and religious work; innovating the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

Regarding socio-economic development, ensuring political security, and social order and safety, the Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Standing Committee of Xin Man District Party Committee to focus on leading and directing the development of agriculture, livestock, forestry economy; border trade economy, border gate economy; promoting the new rural construction program, disbursing public investment capital, capital of 3 national target programs, associated with the quality of project works; sustainable poverty reduction work. Assess the quality of education and training in a substantive manner, avoid the disease of achievements, thereby drawing experience and finding solutions to improve the quality of education in the 2024-2025 school year. Continue to persistently, regularly and continuously lead and direct the implementation of Resolution 27 of the Provincial Party Committee on eliminating bad customs, backward customs and practices, building a civilized lifestyle, associated with preserving and promoting the traditional cultural identity of ethnic groups in the area.
