The delegation members offered incense at the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh and the Heroic Martyrs, the Martyrs' Memorial - Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery. Here, the delegates expressed their infinite gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh and the Heroic Martyrs who devoted their youth and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the noble international revolutionary cause, and for the happiness of the people.
Members of the delegation were moved by the sacrifice of 13 youth volunteers of Company 317.
The Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery is the resting place of nearly 11,000 martyrs from 47 provinces and cities across the country. They were Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died while performing international missions in Laos. Among the martyrs' graves whose identities and hometowns have been identified, there are 66 martyrs whose hometowns are Vinh Phuc .
Truong Bon National Historical Site during the anti-American war was the place that endured nearly 20 thousand bombs and tens of thousands of enemy missiles. At Truong Bon fire coordinates, 1,240 officers and soldiers fought bravely and sacrificed heroically, including 13 youth volunteers known as the "Steel Squad" - "Suicide Squad" of Company 317, leaving behind endless regret in the hearts of those who remained.

The members of the delegation expressed their respect and deep gratitude for the heroic sacrifices of the martyrs in the cause of national liberation and protection of the Fatherland.
