– On the morning of February 2 (ie December 23, Quy Mao year), the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the National Assembly Delegation of the province, representatives of the leaders of departments, branches, sectors, organizations, armed forces of Lang Son province, led by comrade Nguyen Quoc Doan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, and the delegation of Lang Son city organized an incense offering ceremony, visiting the martyrs' cemetery to commemorate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024) and to welcome the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024.

Comrade Nguyen Quoc Doan, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, offered incense at the Memorial Site of President Ho Chi Minh.

Comrade Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and provincial leaders offered incense at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site.

The provincial and city leaders offered incense at the Martyrs Cemetery of Lang Son city.

At the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site, the statue of comrade Hoang Van Thu and the Martyrs Cemetery of Lang Son city, the delegation of Lang Son province and city reported to Uncle Ho, comrade Hoang Van Thu and the heroic martyrs about the achievements of the province in 2023.

2023 is the third year of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress.
