Attending the flower offering ceremony were comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Nghe An province; representatives of the leadership of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province. The delegation included Father Giuse Tran Xuan Manh - Chairman of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee along with dignitaries, monks and nuns and typical representatives of the Catholic community of Nghe An province.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation respectfully offered President Ho Chi Minh a beautiful flower basket, expressing deep gratitude for his great ideology, moral example and life of dedication to the people and the country.

Delegates observed a minute of silence and paid tribute to the heroic spirit of Uncle Ho, demonstrating the continuation of the tradition of patriotism and the spirit of national solidarity.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always paid attention to expanding the great solidarity bloc and constantly fostered the great solidarity bloc of the entire nation, between religious people and non-religious people, between people of different religions, between people of different ethnic groups, between the highlands and the lowlands... to become increasingly connected and strong.

In particular, Catholics are a part of the Vietnamese ethnic community that received deep and timely affection, attention and encouragement from Uncle Ho, creating a great source of strength, contributing to the common victory of the nation, for an independent, free and socialist Vietnam.

Studying and following Him, the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee of Nghe An province and the monks and parishioners always promote the spirit of patriotic emulation, spread the motto of living a good life and a good religion; actively respond to major movements and campaigns of the Central and local levels; coordinate to propagate the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; promote the role as a bridge between the government and the parishioners in preserving, consolidating and strengthening the great national unity bloc, contributing to building the parish and Nghe An province to become increasingly rich, civilized and modern.
