Startups propose to remove difficulties in legal, capital and market

Mr. Pham Minh Thien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance said that Vinh Long province is implementing many policies and strategies to promote private economic development, including start-up and innovation activities. The provincial business incubator has organized many training programs and seminars, especially the "Startup Academy", helping projects practice skills, access the market and call for investment capital.

At the dialogue, the startup community raised many problems regarding legal procedures (registration, extension of growing area codes, livestock licenses, environmental impact assessment reports); tax support policies, preferential loans; brand building, trade promotion and product consumption connection.

Enterprises are also interested in technical support in livestock breeding, cultivation, environmental treatment, application of new technology; training needs, participation in demonstration models, fairs, festivals and experiential tours associated with OCOP, local specialty products.

In addition, many opinions recommended strengthening links with universities, research institutes and management agencies to receive advice, testing and certification of product quality, while finding solutions to overcome difficulties in agricultural product prices and expanding domestic and foreign consumption markets.
