Unique international festival series serving tourists in Da Nang this summer

Mr. Nguyen Lam An, Deputy General Director of Sun World Group, Director of Sun World Ba Na Hills Tourist Area, said that the Tourist Area organizes a series of international festivals to serve tourists coming to Da Nang to enjoy the summer of 2023.

Accordingly, special festivals from many countries such as Germany, Korea, and France will be held here, bringing new and impressive experiences for all ages. In May, the B'estival Food and Beer Festival opened. The event has become a unique brand of Sun World Ba Na Hills. Participating in the Festival, visitors can not only enjoy German beer, famous delicacies from many countries around the world, immerse themselves in vibrant music melodies, but also enjoy many other culinary and entertainment experiences. The festival lasts until the end of August 2023.

In June (when Da Nang lights up with the International Fireworks Festival), the Korean Cultural Festival will take place with a series of attractive activities such as: Chicken Beer Festival with attractive combo deals and free beer for visitors aged 18 and over; Mukbang Challenge: Challenge to eat Chicken - Beer combo; Kpop Dance Kontest contest on Tiktok; Kpop Minishow with top dance groups, covering hits from the land of Kim Chi... Besides, there are also unique and attractive games imbued with Korean and Vietnamese culture. In particular, on June 24, an impressive Flashmob performance on the Golden Bridge to spread the message " A world without distance" will take place, with the participation of 100 Korean and international tourists.

Taking place in parallel with the Korean Cultural Festival is the Light Festival at the Sun Castle (from June 13 to the end of September 2023). Watching the sunset at Ba Na and waiting for the night to fall, for the first time, visitors will be able to enjoy the top-notch 3D mapping light shows on the background of ancient castles.

In July, visitors to Ba Na will have new experiences at the French Cultural Festival on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Debay Ba Na wine cellar. The event will bring visitors back to Ba Na of a century ago to enjoy experiences imbued with French culture, enjoy cuisine and street art, dress up as European aristocrats at luxurious banquets...

In addition, street art performances such as circus, skating, stilts, drum performances... are still performed regularly at all locations of the Tourist Area so that visitors to Ba Na Hills at any time can live in the festival atmosphere.

Mr. Nguyen Lam An said that the series of international festivals serving tourists in Da Nang in the summer of 2023 will bring tourists unforgettable experiences when attending the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival. Sun World Ba Na Hills Tourist Area is planning a series of other attractive things for tourists to enjoy the destination of four seasons of the year.

Along with that, Da Nang city will organize the 2023 Summer Enjoyment Festival "Wow Da Nang" taking place from July 28 to August 1, 2023 at East Sea Park, beaches along the coastal route in the city and on both sides of the Han River (Bach Dang and Tran Hung Dao streets). The event will have many main activities such as: Vietnamese - international food festival; open chef competition "Enjoy delicious Vietnamese dishes"; display, introduce, demonstrate the process of making products of traditional craft villages in Da Nang; display, introduce typical tourism products, OCOP products of Da Nang and affiliated localities; Coastal Festival... The festival aims to attract domestic and international tourists, contributing to positioning Da Nang as the leading festival and event destination in Asia.
