Monitoring the load status of transformers (MBA) through the telemetry system, the Quan Hoa Power Transmission Team organized a review and classification to discover that there were 12 fully loaded and overloaded MBAs at the following substations: Ban Hin; UB Phu Thanh; Ban En; Ban Pong 2; Hien Chung 2; Ban Gia 1; Ban Uon; Thien Phu 3; Ban Chai; Ban Bat; Ban Tai Giac; Ban Chang. From there, proactively proposed a plan to the Company to replace 04 overloaded MBAs, the number of MBAs replaced and the remaining MBAs were internally rotated, resulting in 12 rotations of transformer replacements. After rotation, the operating status of the MBAs was significantly improved.

Along with improving the quality of grid operation management, the Quan Hoa Power Grid Management Team has strengthened coordination with the People's Committees of communes to promote safe, economical and efficient use of electricity, especially during peak hours on hot days. The unit recommends that people use energy-saving electrical equipment, do not violate the safety corridor of the high-voltage grid, do not fly kites or fish near areas with transformer stations and medium-voltage power lines.
