Dialogue on solutions to improve the efficiency of legal support activities for businesses

On the morning of November 8, the Department of Justice held a dialogue conference on "Solutions to improve the effectiveness of legal support activities for small and medium enterprises in Vinh Phuc province; difficulties, obstacles and solutions".

Delegates participated in contributing and exchanging ideas at the dialogue conference.

In recent times, legal support activities for small and medium enterprises in the province have been implemented synchronously and effectively. Every year, the Department of Justice advises the Provincial People's Committee to issue implementation plans to support access to and understanding of legal information, creating fundamental changes in legal awareness, awareness of learning and compliance with the law in production and business activities, and proactively preventing legal risks for enterprises.

At the same time, it contributes to improving the effectiveness of state management, bringing legal support activities into reality and efficiency. However, legal support for businesses still faces many difficulties and challenges.

At the conference, delegates representing organizations, agencies and enterprises in the province were informed of the implementation of Decree No. 55/2019 dated June 24, 2019 of the Government on legal support for small and medium enterprises in the province.

At the same time, listen to representatives of the provincial Social Insurance agencies, the provincial Bar Association, the Department of Planning and Investment and a number of enterprises discuss professional skills in legal support for enterprises; experience in legal support for enterprises in the current period; policies, laws and solutions to improve the effectiveness of legal support for enterprises in the period 2023 - 2030 according to Decision No. 345 dated April 5, 2023 of the Prime Minister ...

The conference attracted participation in dialogue, exchange, experience sharing, and reflection on difficulties and obstacles of agencies, units, and enterprises in the process of providing legal support to enterprises.

Thereby, contributing to creating a basis for the Department of Justice to absorb, research, promote its role and responsibility in the process of consulting with superiors and closely coordinating and accompanying agencies and units to deploy legal support work for enterprises in the province to ensure substance, efficiency, and suitability to the needs of enterprises, contributing to improving the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in the province.
