In the journey of developing the tournament, the companionship and support of sponsors is always an extremely important factor contributing to creating a solid financial foundation, improving the quality of organization, image and brand of the tournament. VPF appreciates the contribution of sponsors in the past and upcoming seasons. We believe that V.League will continue to be raised to a new level and affirm its position as the highest club tournament in Vietnam.

V.League 2025-2026 will start from August 15, 2025 and is expected to end on June 20, 2026. This year's season has the participation of 14 clubs: Hanoi FC, Hanoi Police, The Cong Viettel, Thep Xanh Nam Dinh , Dong A Thanh Hoa, Hai Phong, Song Lam Nghe An, Hong Linh Ha Tinh, SHB Da Nang, Hoang Anh Gia Lai, PVF-CAND, Becamex Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City Police and Ninh Binh.
With the round-robin format (home and away) to calculate ranking points, V. League 2025-2026 will have a total of 26 rounds with 182 matches. The total prize value of the three leading teams of V. League 2025-2026 is 9.5 billion VND. Of which, the Champion Club receives the Cup, Gold Medal and a bonus of 5 billion VND; the Second Prize Club receives the Silver Medal and a bonus of 3 billion VND; the Third Prize Club receives the Bronze Medal and a bonus of 1.5 billion VND. A plus point of V. League 2025-2026 is the addition of more derby matches. This is an opportunity to increase regional identity, enhance emotions and attract fans. Another notable change in the regulations of the organizing unit this season is that there will be 2 direct relegation slots (instead of 1 direct slot, 1 play-off slot as every year). This change will help the upcoming season to be more integrated and competitive. In addition, the regulations on foreign player quotas will also be adjusted when clubs participating in continental tournaments organized by AFC will be allowed to register a maximum of 7 players; the remaining clubs will be allowed to register a maximum of 4 players (a maximum of 3 foreign players are allowed to play on the field at all times of the match).
In V.League 2025-2026, VPF will also deploy 1 more VAR vehicle, bringing the total number to 5 standard VAR vehicles officially put into operation, aiming to cover all VAR technology, contributing to improving professional quality, ensuring fairness for matches.
In addition, the 2025-2026 season marks the fourth consecutive year thatFPT Play holds the copyright, cooperates in producing and broadcasting Vietnamese professional football tournaments.
