On November 22, Si Pha Phin Border Guard Station (Dien Bien Border Guard) coordinated with Border Guard Company 116 (Phong Sa Ly Provincial Military Command, Laos) to organize a bilateral patrol from border marker 65 to border marker 67.

During the bilateral patrol, both sides jointly inspected the border system and border markers, and organized the clearing of border patrol routes, cleaning the areas around border markers and grounds, and exchanged information related to ensuring security and order, measures, and experience in border management and protection.
At the end of the patrol, the two sides agreed to sign a record confirming that the border and national border markers remain intact and stable; people on both sides of the border strictly comply with legal documents, decrees of the two countries and regulations of the localities on both sides of the border.

The two sides agreed to strengthen the dissemination andeducation of the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws in each country; the Agreement on the Regulations on Border Management and Land Border Gates of Vietnam - Laos for the people on both sides of the border; regularly inform each other about the situation and issues related to security and order on both sides of the border; coordinate in the fight to prevent, prevent and combat activities that encroach on the border, national border markers and criminal activities such as illegal trafficking and transportation of drugs, human trafficking, smuggling, illegal entry and exit across the border, etc.

On the occasion of the 48th National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (December 2, 1975 - December 2, 2023), Si Pha Phin Border Guard Station congratulated and presented gifts to officers and soldiers of Border Guard Company 116.
Si Pha Phin Border Guard Station manages and protects the 37.405km long border with Laos; in charge of the area of 3 communes: Cha Nua, Phin Ho and Si Pa Phin (Nam Po district). With the responsibility of the unit stationed in the area, officers and soldiers of Si Pha Phin Border Guard Station always strive to do a good job of mobilizing the masses, grasping their ideology, promptly advising the locality to solve problems arising at the grassroots level./.
