The consortium of investors hopes to receive support from the Hung Yen provincial government and departments, branches and sectors on preferential policies; priority training of human resources in the medical and pharmaceutical sector; Invest in a complete ecosystem to develop a pharmaceutical - biological industrial park such as an ICD dry port system and specialized logistics for the pharmaceutical industry; a satellite urban area of about 100 hectares to serve experts and workers...

Hung Yen commits to accompany businesses, creating an open, transparent and stable investment environment. The province ensures the highest preferential policies within the legal framework for projects. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the departments, branches and sectors of the province to actively participate, accompany and create favorable conditions for investors to soon implement the Pharmaceutical - Biological Industrial Park project in Hung Yen.
