Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy received and worked with Japanese enterprises

On the afternoon of October 14, at the headquarters of the Provincial People's Council - Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Nguyen Le Huy, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a working session of the Provincial People's Committee with the delegation of Daiwa House Industry Joint Stock Company (Japan) led by Mr. Yamazaki Shunsuke, Chief Representative of the Company, to learn about the investment environment in Hung Yen province.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy gave an overview of the potential and advantages of Hung Yen province in attracting investment, especially its favorable geographical location in the Northern key economic region, its increasingly complete transport infrastructure system, and convenient connections with Hanoi and neighboring provinces. He emphasized that Hung Yen province is focusing on attracting investment in the following areas: industry - infrastructure of industrial parks and clusters; high-tech agriculture; trade - logistics services; housing and urban development.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy affirmed: Hung Yen always welcomes and creates the most favorable conditions for foreign enterprises, including Japanese investors, to come and learn about and implement projects in the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Yamazaki Shunsuke, Chief Representative of Daiwa House Industry Joint Stock Company, expressed his impression of the development potential and investment attraction policies of Hung Yen province. He said that the Company has been operating in Vietnam for 14 years and is currently operating an industrial warehouse system in Hung Yen. The company wishes to learn more about investment cooperation opportunities in the fields of land use planning, infrastructure development, industrial park construction, tax and labor incentives in the locality; and expressed his wish to have the opportunity to cooperate in investing in building industrial park infrastructure in Hung Yen province in the near future.
