Speaking at the Conference, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung emphasized: The four resolutions issued by the Politburo on private economic development; breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; international integration in the new situation; innovation in law-making and enforcement are considered the four pillars to meet the requirements of national development in the new era.

In that spirit, he requested that the development of the Action Plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development must closely follow the actual situation in the province. From there, the objectives must be determined to ensure that they are correct, accurate, and close to reality, so that the private economy becomes the most important driving force of the economy.
