At the meeting, comrade Lo Minh Hung reported the implementation results after the working session with the working delegation on June 19, 2025. The Standing Committee of Son La Provincial Party Committee directed the serious implementation of key resolutions and conclusions in 2025, especially the two-level local government model.

The province has announced the National Assembly 's Resolution on the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels and the establishment of new Party Committees; assigned the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to be in charge of subordinate Party Committees.

75 communes and wards after the merger have basically stabilized their organization and operations. The People's Council of Son La province has assigned a total staff of 3,764. The Provincial People's Committee has specifically allocated 2,986 staff and 778 reserve staff, transferring 1,472 staff to the Party bloc.

Regarding the preparation for the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, Son La province has completed the congress of the grassroots party organization and reported on the registration of the working schedule with the Politburo to give opinions on documents and personnel orientation. The work of reviewing and supplementing the provincial-level cadre planning for the term up to 2031 has also been completed.

Implementing Conclusion 148-KL/TW, Son La province continues to deploy tasks on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation; install and operate the system for transmitting and receiving confidential documents to the commune level; coordinate training and guidance on the use of the document operating system; request to proactively change digital signature information...

The delegation visited the Chieng Mung Commune Public Administration Service Center.

Son La province has proposed that the Central Government prioritize investment capital for commune-level infrastructure; accelerate the construction of digital platforms and national databases; eliminate signal blank spots, enhance the Internet; issue policy guidelines for cadres in disadvantaged areas, and transition between the Party and government blocs; and soon complete the Party's electronic operating system.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Le Hoai Trung suggested that Son La continue to concretize and effectively implement the contents of the Resolution of the 11th Central Conference, focusing on perfecting the organization of the two-level local government apparatus; guiding and supporting the commune level to operate stably, promoting the effectiveness of decentralization and delegation of power.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to Moc Chau Ethnic Boarding School, Middle School and High School, Moc Son Ward.

Comrade Le Hoai Trung also requested Son La province to pay attention to taking care of people's lives, especially those affected by organizational restructuring; strive to achieve the growth target of 8% in 2025 and do a good job of preparing for the 16th Provincial Party Congress.

On behalf of Son La province, comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh thanked the Central Party Office for its close guidance and support, and hoped to continue receiving attention in the coming time, especially when the Politburo works with the province in August 2025. The province also proposed investing in boarding schools and schools in border communes in accordance with the Central Government's policy.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to Moc Chau Ethnic Boarding School, Moc Son Ward Middle School and High School; inspected and grasped the situation in Chieng Mung Commune.
