The Party cell of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry in Gia Lai has 16 party members. During the 2020-2025 term, the Party cell has led the implementation of political tasks well, attaching importance to political and ideological education through organizing the dissemination of resolutions and directives of the Party at all levels to 100% of party members and the masses; promoting the "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle".

During the last term, the Party cell admitted 9 new Party members, exceeding the target set by the resolution. Notably, for many consecutive years, the Party cell of Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry in Gia Lai has been assessed as having fulfilled its tasks well; was awarded the flag "Leading unit in the emulation movement in 2020" by the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee and recognized as meeting the standard of "Safety in security and order in 2023".

At the congress, delegates focused on discussing and voting to approve many important targets for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Party cell strives to achieve at least 60% of the enrollment target assigned by Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry. Strive for 95% of Party members to complete their tasks well or better, 80% of officials, civil servants and employees to complete their tasks well or better and achieve the title of advanced workers, of which 15% are grassroots emulation fighters.

Strive to have 100% of Party members and 95% or more of direct cadres, civil servants and workers study and fully grasp the Party's directives and resolutions directed by superiors every year. Admit 10% or more of new Party members. Strive for Party cells to be classified as having completed their tasks well or better.
