At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the communes reported on the progress of preparations for the congress for the 2025-2030 term. Up to now, the communes have established steering committees and sub-committees to serve the congress, assigned specific tasks; basically completed the draft political report, documents and materials for the congress. The Party cells and subordinate Party committees have completed the executive committee meeting and the first congress. At the same time, the localities have stepped up propaganda for the congresses of Party committees at all levels and launched a number of projects and tasks to welcome the congress.
Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Pham Hoang Nam spoke at the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Pham Hoang Nam highly appreciated the proactiveness of the localities. He requested the Party Committee Standing Committees of the three communes to seriously absorb the opinions of the departments, agencies and branches; review and compare the relevant directives and instructions to complete the documents; determine the targets in accordance with the actual situation; develop a specific and key action program; pay attention to clarifying the breakthroughs, lessons learned, tasks and main solutions in the new term.
Comrade Pham Hoang Nam emphasized the need to continue reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness and capacity of staff after new assignments, boldly proposing adjustments or changes in positions when necessary to ensure the apparatus operates effectively, meeting the requirements of tasks in the coming period.
