On August 5, at the central hall of Pa Vay Su commune, the working delegation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee led by comrade Tran Manh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, had a working session with the Party Committees of Pa Vay Su, Quang Nguyen, Nam Dan, and Trung Thinh communes on preparations for the organization of the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

At the meeting, the leaders of the communes reported on the progress and content of the congress preparations, focusing on the work of building congress documents, identifying goals, tasks, and key solutions for the next term. The communes all clearly demonstrated their determination, promoting the strength of national solidarity, promoting socio-economic development, national defense and security, developing typical crops and livestock with strengths of each region, focusing on propaganda work and preparing good facilities for the congress.

Each commune has selected and developed its own congress theme in accordance with practical conditions, clearly demonstrating its development aspirations and goals for the new period. Up to now, the preparation work in the communes has been basically completed, ready for the successful organization of the commune Party Congress. Members of the Working Group have contributed many practical ideas, contributing to the completion of the draft congress documents, ensuring that they are close to reality and have a long-term development orientation.

Concluding the working session, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Tran Manh Loi acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and serious spirit of the communes in preparing for the congress. He emphasized that in the coming time, the communes need to focus on perfecting the system of specific indicators, suitable to the practical situation, and at the same time correctly assessing the potential and advantages of the locality, thereby orienting the development space in a reasonable and effective manner.

The theme of the congress must be concise, practical, clearly expressing the will, aspiration to rise up, the spirit of innovation and creativity, keeping up with the development trend of the country and the nation in the new period. Localities continue to promote the elimination of backward customs and practices, building a civilized and modern lifestyle in the community; preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural identity of ethnic minorities in the area.

Continue to pay attention to building a team of cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity, and prestige to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation; strengthen the urging and implementation of decoration, celebration, and visual propaganda work to serve the congress, create a vibrant competitive atmosphere, spread widely among the people, and contribute to the successful organization of the Party Congresses of communes for the 2025-2030 term.
