On the morning of February 7, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to announce decisions on organizational structure and personnel work.
The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies directly under the Provincial Party Committee from March 1, 2025.
Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation was appointed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term.
Comrade Nguyen Van Phu, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, was appointed to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to appoint the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, consisting of 25 comrades; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, consisting of 8 comrades; and the Party Committee's Inspection Committee, consisting of 2 comrades. Comrade Tran Ho Dang, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, holds the position of Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
Functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Party Committee Provincial Party agencies shall comply with Regulation No. 257-QD/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Secretariat on functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Party Committees of provincial and municipal Party agencies.
The specialized agency advising, assisting and staffing the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies shall comply with Project No. 07-DA/TU, dated February 7, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on ending the activities of the Party Executive Committees, Provincial Party Delegations and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies; establishing the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agencies has its headquarters located at the Provincial Party Committee Office; has its own seal and account; is provided with funding, facilities and means of operation according to regulations.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee assigned the Provincial Party Organization Committee to coordinate with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies to guide the transfer of 26 grassroots party organizations to the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for management according to regulations.
26 grassroots party organizations include the following party committees: Provincial Party Committee Organization Committee, Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Committee, Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee, Provincial Party Committee Internal Affairs Committee, Provincial Party Committee Office, Provincial Youth Union, Provincial Labor Federation, Provincial People's Procuracy, Provincial People's Court, Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council, Hai Duong Newspaper, Provincial Political School and party cells: Provincial Party Committee Mass Mobilization Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial Women's Union, Provincial Farmers' Association, Provincial Veterans' Association, Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, Provincial Literature and Arts Association, Provincial Cooperative Union, Provincial Oriental Medicine Association, Provincial Blind Association, Provincial Red Cross Association, Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations, Provincial Journalists Association.
