Comrade Tran Luu Quang visited and presented gifts to policy families in Lao Cai

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on July 21, Comrade Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee and the Working Delegation visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; policy families, and people with meritorious services to the revolution in Quy Mong commune, Lao Cai province.

In Kien Lao village, the delegation visited Vietnamese Heroic Mother Ha Thi Hao, born in 1932, benefited from the 1995 policy, had only son, martyr Hoang Van Muon, sacrificed in 1969, in the cause of fighting against America to save the country.

Here, comrade Tran Luu Quang and leaders of Lao Cai province kindly asked about her health, encouraged her spirit and expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of Mother and her family for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

Next, the delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Ms. Vu Thi Thu - wife of martyr Bui Van Cam, who joined the army in 1953 and died on February 11, 1968; Mr. Bui Quang Chau - disabled soldier 2/3; Mr. Le Minh Hao - subject infected with toxic chemicals; Mr. Bui Van Nham - disabled soldier 1/4 (disability rate 81%).

At the families he visited, comrade Tran Luu Quang kindly asked about their health and expressed his gratitude for the great contributions of war invalids and martyrs in the cause of defending the Fatherland; hoping that policy families and war invalids would always be shining examples in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's policies and laws for future generations to learn and follow.

At the same time, it is recommended that local Party committees and authorities continue to pay more attention and take better care of the material and spiritual lives of families of war invalids, families of martyrs, and people with revolutionary contributions, and carry out well the work of gratitude in the locality.

On this occasion, the delegation also visited and inspected the working process, encouraged the staff, civil servants and public employees performing their duties, and recorded the opinions of the people at the Quy Mong Commune Public Administration Service Center.

Through the inspection, comrade Tran Luu Quang highly appreciated the proactive spirit of Quy Mong commune government in stabilizing the organization and putting the Public Administration Service Center into effective operation. He requested the locality to continue to improve the infrastructure, arrange a reasonable space for citizen reception, fully equip working equipment; increase the application of information technology, improve the professional skills of officials, ensure the progress and quality of handling documents, and create the most favorable conditions for people and businesses.
