After 3 days of urgent and serious work, the 15th Congress of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, completed its content and program. Comrade Tran Tien Dung was elected to hold the position of Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

With the spirit of "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, innovation, and development," the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee will continue to enhance the Party's leadership capacity and fighting strength; promote the strength of great national unity; effectively exploit potentials and advantages, promote socio -economic development; and improve the material and spiritual life of the people.

At the same time, by 2030, strive to turn Dien Bien into a province developing towards a green, smart, and sustainable economy; one of the tourist centers of the region; and a fairly developed province in the region./.
