Hanoi has two new Deputy Secretaries of the City Party Committee

The Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, term XVIII, 2025 - 2030, consists of 5 people, including 2 new deputy secretaries of the Party Committee, Ms. Phung Thi Hong Ha and Mr. Nguyen Trong Dong.

At the 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, the 18th Executive Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee held its first meeting, electing 17 members of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, term XVIII.

Of the 17 members of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, term XVIII, 11 are re-elected members of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, term XVII, and 6 are participating for the first time.

The 18th Executive Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee elected Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Secretary of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the 18th Hanoi Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

4 Deputy Secretaries of the Hanoi Party Committee, 18th term, including Mr. and Mrs. Tran Sy Thanh, Nguyen Van Phong, Phung Thi Hong Ha, Nguyen Trong Dong.

Thus, compared to the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, term XVII, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, term XVIII, has two new deputy secretaries of the Party Committee, Ms. Phung Thi Hong Ha and Mr. Nguyen Trong Dong.

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong was elected Deputy Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee.

Ms. Phung Thi Hong Ha (born 1971, from Ung Hoa, Hanoi), has a master's degree in finance and banking. Ms. Hong worked for many years at the Hanoi Department of Finance and was Secretary of Thanh Oai District (formerly). Before being elected Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Ms. Ha served for many years as Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Council.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Dong (born in 1969, from Dong Anh, Hanoi), has a degree in land management engineering and a bachelor's degree in foreign languages. Mr. Dong was Deputy Director and then Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (formerly), then worked for many years as Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee before being elected Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee.
