At the conference, comrade Do Trong Hung announced Decision No. 2077, dated April 25, 2025 of the Politburo on comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc, Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and ceasing to hold the position of Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; transferring and appointing to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations for the 2020-2025 term.

As reported by Nhan Dan Newspaper, on March 17, comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, was mobilized and appointed by the Politburo to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam was born in 1973, hometown Ea Pok town, Cu M'gar district, Dak Lak province; senior political theory, Master of Public Administration.
During his career, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam has held many positions, such as Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Deputy Head of the Department of Party Cells and Party Members, Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Deputy Secretary of Buon Ma Thuot City Party Committee; Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Cu M'gar District Party Committee; Alternate member of the 12th Party Central Committee, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Secretary of Buon Ma Thuot City Party Committee; Secretary of the Central Enterprises Party Committee.
