The project has a total investment of 55.4 billion VND, invested by the Northern Power Corporation. The 110kV Cong Hoa 2 transformer station is built according to the unmanned transformer station model. The project scale includes: 2 transformers with a total capacity of 103MVA; a 110kV double-circuit line from the 110kV Cong Hoa 2 transformer station to and connected to the 174A80 Pha Lai - 171E5.23 Trang Bach line. In addition, the station is equipped with a remote collection, measurement, monitoring and control system that allows connection and exchange of transmission protocols with the Regional Remote Control Center, with a surveillance camera system, automatic fire protection...

After 8 months of construction, the project items have been accepted, energized and put into use. The completed project meets the growing load demand of Cong Hoa Industrial Park and the surrounding areas of Chi Linh City.
