The provincial leaders commended the efforts of the leaders, officials, and civil servants who quickly adapted to their work after the merger. They requested that the Party Committees of the communes focus on preparing well for the commune Party Congresses for the 2025-2030 term. Along with that, they urged them to overcome difficulties in infrastructure, quickly stabilize the organization, ensure the smooth operation of the political system; effectively implement national target programs; prioritize healthcare for the people; proactively respond to natural disasters; monitor public opinion after the merger; and creatively apply the directives of higher levels to focus on socio-economic development and ensure national defense and security…

The working groups received suggestions and recommendations from the communes to compile a report for the Provincial Party Standing Committee to consider and resolve in the near future.
