Established in 2020 with 10 initial members, the Truong An Xanh Xuan Nha Agricultural Cooperative now has 34 members, cultivating 96 hectares of various fruit trees, including mangoes, longan, apples, oranges, and Queen pineapples. Mr. Mui Van Xuan, Director of the Cooperative, stated: "The households have selected fruit tree varieties suitable to the local climate and soil, and have carried out new planting and grafting to improve long-standing fruit orchards, resulting in higher yields, better quality, and greater economic efficiency. Each year, the cooperative harvests 670 tons of fruit, generating over 4 billion VND in revenue; the average income of its members reaches 100-120 million VND per year, higher than their previous small-scale agricultural production."
Cooperative members actively apply science and technology to production. Many areas have been invested in with water-saving irrigation systems, using organic fertilizers and biological products. All stages, from land preparation and seed selection to cultivation, harvesting, and product preservation, are carried out according to proper procedures, contributing to reduced production costs, environmental protection, and improved agricultural product quality.

In the fruit tree structure of Truong An Xanh Xuan Nha Agricultural Cooperative, apple trees yield high economic efficiency and are favored by the market due to their rich, sweet flavor, crisp texture, thin skin, and attractive appearance. In recent years, the cooperative has encouraged and guided member households to gradually expand the area planted with apples. To date, the apple growing area has reached 8.7 hectares, mainly concentrated in Thin and Na Hieng villages. Thanks to the application of scientific care processes, the use of organic fertilizers, and proper pest and disease control techniques, the yield reaches 17 tons/ha, and the cooperative's apple production in 2025 is expected to reach approximately 150 tons. With a selling price ranging from 40,000 to 50,000 VND/kg, apple trees are bringing high economic value, contributing to increased income for member households, with many households achieving hundreds of millions of VND in revenue per year.
Having joined the cooperative since its early days, Mr. Ha Van Giap from Na Hieng village is one of the member households with high income from fruit cultivation. With an area of about 1 hectare of large apple trees and 1.2 hectares of grafted longan trees, Mr. Giap's family harvests over 20 tons of fruit each year, generating revenue of about 700 million VND/year. Mr. Giap shared: "Every year, I proactively participate in training courses and technology transfer programs on organic fruit cultivation organized by specialized agencies; at the same time, I actively visit and learn from effective production models to accumulate experience. Thanks to applying advanced techniques in care, my family's fruit orchard grows well, yields are stable, and the quality of the fruit has improved, meeting market demands."

Keeping pace with the digitalization trend in agricultural production, Truong An Xanh Xuan Nha Agricultural Cooperative is gradually applying technology to management and production organization. Cooperative members proactively install surveillance camera systems in the growing areas, use electronic logbooks to monitor the entire production process, from care and fertilization to pest and disease control; they prioritize the use of organic fertilizers and pesticides from the permitted list, strictly adhere to the "four correct principles," and control product quality.
Evaluating the effectiveness of the cooperative, Mr. Giang A Ky, Chairman of the People's Committee of Xuan Nha commune, said: "The Truong An Xanh Xuan Nha Cooperative is a typical collective economic model of the commune. With the goal of sustainable agricultural development, Xuan Nha commune focuses on replicating effective economic models, encouraging people to establish cooperatives and cooperative groups, promoting production-consumption linkages, linking agricultural development with the construction of new rural areas, contributing to improving the material and spiritual lives of the people."

To stabilize product output, Truong An Xanh Xuan Nha Cooperative continues to seek sustainable development by building a brand for safe agricultural products, attaching traceability codes, and utilizing technological platforms in product consumption. Along with this, they select crops suitable for the soil conditions, adaptable to climate change and market demands, gradually moving towards production according to VietGAP standards and developing OCOP products.
