Digital transformation - opportunity but also challenge
Digital transformation in business is not only an inevitable trend but also an urgent requirement in the current context. However, for many businesses, it still takes time to adapt.

Businesses are trying to transform from traditional models to modern methods.
In Ho Chi Minh City, Ms. Duong Thi Dieu Hang ( Tan Hoa ward) shared: "At first, I was confused, had difficulties, and was not familiar with it, but after the introduction, I found it okay. I think it will be easier later when I get used to this technology."

Despite many challenges, facing the trend of transitioning to a digital economy , businesses are still making efforts step by step to transform from traditional models to modern business methods, adapting to new market requirements.
Sharing the same sentiment, Ms. Tran Thuy Bich Van (Tan Son Nhat ward) said: "I, like other businesses here, are still doing business in the traditional way. But with the State's policies, I have tried to learn and understand them, so I feel secure."
Accompanying businesses on the digital transformation journey
In reality, not all individual businesses can adapt to the digital transformation process. Therefore, the companionship and support of relevant parties is essential for this process.
Ms. Truong Thi Lin - Head of Sales Department of Southern Region, MISA Joint Stock Company also said: "There are some business households that already have digital devices, but there are also older uncles and aunts who lack the skills to apply digital technology. Understanding this problem, we have given 2 million business households a sales application - selling, issuing invoices, declaring taxes and keeping books for business households".
In addition, Mr. Mai Son - Deputy Director of the Tax Department, Ministry of Finance also affirmed: "We have guidance teams in each area to directly support and guide all business households on each group of issues. This has been widely deployed nationwide to help businesses avoid problems."

From a financial and banking perspective, Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy - Director of Small and Medium Enterprise Customer Division of VIB Bank said: "We have turned regular phones into payment machines, POS machines - where you only need to pay at one station, all invoices and documents are valid, declared for tax and stored on the cloud platform without paperwork. At the same time, the bank is also gradually working with tax authorities and technology units to solve this problem."

According to experts, better and more effective implementation of policies for individual business households will also create consensus, improve management efficiency as well as promote the reform of tax administrative procedures and especially contribute significantly to the implementation of the goal of developing two million businesses by 2030.
