(QNO) - Moved by the friendliness, enthusiasm and responsibility of the working group of the Social Order Administrative Management Police Department of the Provincial Police in supporting procedures for granting CCCD to Quang Nam compatriots at Dam Sen Cultural Park, many people wrote letters of thanks to the officers and soldiers.
As one of the notable activities at the event “Quang Nam Cultural Days in Ho Chi Minh City”, the issuance of CCCD and registration of electronic identification for compatriots living, studying and working attracted the attention of many compatriots.
Before the event (June 1), when the working group had just arrived in Ho Chi Minh City and deployed the equipment installation, people had come to register. In response to the needs of fellow countrymen, the working group decided to deploy early and work continuously from June 1 until now. Hundreds of cases have been supported and procedures have been resolved. The working group also coordinated with the Quang Nam Provincial Post Office and the Ho Chi Minh City Post Office to help people register to receive CCCD at home.
After being supported with the procedures for issuing CCCD, Mr. Phan Tuan (from Dai Hong, Dai Loc) was moved to say that he had left his hometown to live in Ho Chi Minh City for a long time. Due to circumstances, he could not return to make CCCD like many other compatriots. Knowing that the support activities for issuing CCCD and electronic identification would be held at Dam Sen during the event of Quang Nam Cultural Days, he came and was supported to complete the procedures very quickly. Moved by the enthusiasm of the officers and soldiers of the working group, Mr. Tuan wrote a letter of thanks to the officers and soldiers who had supported him.
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Mr. Nguyen Tuc (born in 1962, residing in Ngoc Kinh Tay, Dai Hong, Dai Loc) has been sick and had to undergo kidney surgery. Due to difficult circumstances, unable to return to his hometown to make a CCCD, he heard that Quang Nam Police had traveled to Ho Chi Minh City to support, so he went to register and do the procedure.
“The officers and soldiers did not mind the long distance, going all the way to Ho Chi Minh City to make CCCD, creating favorable conditions for people working far from home like me. I really appreciate and am grateful,” Mr. Tuc shared.
It is known that the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of Quang Nam Police sent a working group of 8 officers and 2 sets of equipment to Ho Chi Minh City to support citizens this time. During the 2 days of the weekend, the working group mobilized more union members and police officers who are studying to come to support people with procedures.
