Simultaneously launching the Month of mobilizing and implementing universal social insurance in 2025

The launching ceremony was held simultaneously from the provincial level to districts and towns in the area. This is a peak propaganda campaign on health insurance (HI), voluntary social insurance to raise awareness, enhance the responsibility of Party committees at all levels, authorities, socio -political organizations, organizations, and individuals in organizing the implementation of policies and laws on social insurance and health insurance; strengthen the mobilization of people to participate in HI, voluntary social insurance. Thereby, contributing to expanding the scope of HI coverage, increasing the number of people participating in voluntary social insurance, contributing to completing the assigned targets and plans in 2025.

Deputy Director of Provincial Social Insurance, Dam Thi Thanh Que, launched the campaign to respond to the Month of mobilizing and implementing universal social insurance.

With the communication theme “Social Insurance - Peace of mind for every family”, this year’s communication messages emphasize the role of social insurance and health insurance as pillars of social security; affirming the practical companionship of social security policies in people’s lives, especially for freelance workers.

Officials and employees expressed their determination to develop social insurance and health insurance participants.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, mobile media teams marched on the main streets of Buon Ma Thuot City and districts and towns. Then, they divided into small groups and went directly to densely populated areas, houses, markets, etc. to propagate and explain about the regime, policies, and benefits, in order to encourage and mobilize people to actively participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance, contributing to ensuring social security and stabilizing the lives of people in the area.

According to information from the provincial Social Insurance, as of the end of April 2025, the whole province had 116,258 people participating in compulsory social insurance, an increase of 4,874 people compared to the same period in 2024; 21,995 people participating in voluntary social insurance, an increase of 4,828 people; 105,039 people participating in unemployment insurance, an increase of 5,184 people and 1,690,238 people participating in health insurance, an increase of 19,167 people.
