According to the Long Thanh District People's Committee, these are cases that have been mobilized and propagated many times but the land has not yet been handed over. The households mainly built houses on agricultural land, using handwritten transfer contracts, without land use right certificates, so they are not eligible for resettlement according to the law. However, the district has considered support policies, giving priority to buying social housing for these cases.
