Dong Nai: 416 more social housing units for low-income earners.

On the morning of December 17th, in Phuoc Tan ward, Dong Nai province, An Hung Phat Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the NXH2 - Block B social housing apartment project, located in the Phuoc Tan ward residential and resettlement area. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee; and Mr. Ho Van Ha, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The NXH2 - Block B apartment building has a scale of 1 basement floor and 12 above-ground floors with a total of 416 apartments, and a total investment of approximately 367 billion VND. The project is invested with a comprehensive system of technical infrastructure, fire protection, common living spaces, internal amenities and green areas, aiming for a safe and convenient living environment for residents, with an estimated construction time of about 1 year.

Machinery and equipment are ready to begin construction on the project.

Upon completion, the project will provide stable housing for officials, civil servants, low-income earners, industrial park workers, and households displaced by state land acquisition for key projects, with priority given to households who relinquished their land for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project.

The NXH2 - Block B social housing project will provide 416 apartments for low-income earners.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai, Chairman and General Director of An Hung Phat Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company, shared that the NXH2 - Block B social housing project demonstrates the company's determination to contribute to realizing the goal of building 1 million social housing units nationwide in the 2021-2030 period. The company also aims for the project to achieve "three bests": the best quality, the most reasonable price, and the fastest construction time.
