With a high-quality design and preferential loan support from banks according to the State's social housing development policy, the project is deployed on a land area of ​​over 1.1 hectares; the scale includes 3 blocks, 18 floors high and 1 basement; total construction floor area of ​​76,000m². The project provides the market with 936 apartments and 39 Shophouses, fully meeting the residential needs and living amenities for residents, such as community living areas; swimming pools.... The total investment of the project is about 1,300 billion VND.
