DongA Commercial Joint Stock Bank (DongA Bank) An Giang branch has just announced the auction of 11 aquaculture land lots as collateral for the loan of Cho Moi Aquaculture Cooperative.
The above plots of land have a total area of 294,668m2, located in Long Ha hamlet, Kien An commune, Cho Moi district, An Giang province.
DongA Bank said that auctioned assets are sold in their current condition, and the buyer of the auctioned assets will be delivered the assets in their actual condition.
In case the land area fluctuates and decreases compared to the auctioned land area, the winning price will not change. The owner of the auctioned property will not refund to the buyer the amount corresponding to the actual measured land area that is less than the auctioned land area.
After handing over the property, the buyer of the auctioned property must contact the competent authority to carry out the registration procedure for transferring land use rights and property ownership, according to the actual land area.
The starting price of the 11 plots of land above is over 69.1 billion VND. The deposit is 10% of the starting price, equivalent to 6.9 billion VND. The auction is scheduled to take place on February 28, 2034 at the An Giang Province Property Auction Service Center.

Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade - Branch 7, Ho Chi Minh City ( VietinBank Branch 7, Ho Chi Minh City) also announced the continued auction of assets of Vo Thi Thu Ha Trading Import-Export Company Limited to recover debt.
This debt includes the entire outstanding debt (principal, interest on time, overdue penalty interest) of customer Vo Thi Thu Ha Company at VietinBank Branch 7, Ho Chi Minh City arising from two credit contracts signed in October and November 2013 respectively.
The total value of the provisional debt as of December 31, 2023 is VND 1,508 billion. Of which, the principal balance is VND 567.4 billion, the interest debt within the term is VND 633.4 billion, and the overdue penalty interest is nearly VND 308 billion.
Securing the current debt obligations are assets under valid mortgage contracts including: 5 land use rights and assets attached to land in Quarter 1, Chon Thanh town, Chon Thanh district, Binh Phuoc province;
4 land use rights and assets attached to land in Tan An ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province; 4 warehouses, construction works, machinery and equipment in Dong Thap province; mortgaged goods according to mortgage contracts based on sales contracts, invoices, and warehouse receipts.
VietinBank set the starting price for the auction of this debt at only VND142 billion, equivalent to only 10% of the debt value. The deposit to participate in the auction is 10% of the starting price, equivalent to VND14.2 billion.
VietinBank first announced the debt auction in February 2023 with a starting price of VND148 billion, VND6 billion higher than the current starting price .
