To ensure the progress and quality of the project, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has directed relevant departments, agencies and sectors to closely coordinate and promptly resolve arising problems. With the determination of the government and the consensus of the people, the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project promises to be completed soon, bringing a new look to Lam Dong and creating a solid foundation for sustainable development in the future.

According to a report from the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province, the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project is implemented under the form of public-private partnership (PPP), with a total investment of up to 17,718 billion VND. The project starts at Km126+484.93 in Loc Phat ward, Bao Loc city, coinciding with the end point of Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway, and ends at about Km200+100, intersecting with Lien Khuong - Prenn expressway in Hiep Thanh commune, Duc Trong district.

Previously, the consortium of T&T Transport Infrastructure Investment and Development Company Limited - Phuong Trang Group Investment Joint Stock Company - FUTA GROUP - Phuong Thanh Transport Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company was the winning investor of this project.

The total winning bid value of the project is VND 11,923,836,100,000 (eleven thousand nine hundred twenty-three billion, eight hundred thirty-six million, one hundred thousand dong), including interest and excluding costs of site clearance sub-projects using State capital.

The construction time of the project and infrastructure system is expected to be 30 months, the operation and business time is 19 years and 10 months. The investment form is PPP, the type of contract is build - operate - transfer (BOT).
