Provincial Road 830E Project (section from the expressway intersection to Provincial Road 830), through An Thanh, Thanh Phu, Long Hiep communes, Ben Luc town, Ben Luc district. This project is under construction, along with continuing to resolve and carry out site clearance for the remaining areas. Up to now, the district has paid 793 households (90.3%), an area of 36.6 hectares (reaching 91.3%) with the amount of 1,444.9 billion VND (reaching 88.4%).
Thus, there are still 85 households that have not agreed to receive money, with a total cost of 189.9 billion VND, an area of 3.48 hectares; of which 35 cases are eligible for resettlement but have not agreed to receive compensation; 6 cases have houses and land but are not eligible for resettlement, only receiving support of 150 million VND/household; 11 cases have land but have not built houses, only receiving support of 150 million VND/household and 33 cases have affected part of the land and assets on the land.
According to Vice Chairman of Ben Luc District People's Committee - Le Van Loc, the remaining households have not agreed to receive the money because they have not agreed with the compensation price, support and resettlement policy. In the coming time, the District People's Committee will assign responsibility to the People's Committees of communes and towns to establish Mobilization Teams to focus on propagating and mobilizing people to receive compensation and hand over the land of GP MB DT830E project. In parallel, the documents will be consolidated to prepare for compulsory land recovery according to regulations. The implementation of the compulsory land recovery plan is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
On April 21, 2023, the People's Committee of Long An province started construction of DT830E. The project has a total investment of VND 3,707 billion, invested by the Department of Transport. The DT830E project (from the expressway intersection to DT830) has a total length of more than 9.3km. The starting point is at the Ben Luc intersection of the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong expressway, An Thanh commune, Ben Luc district; the end point is at the intersection with DT830, Long Dinh commune, Can Duoc district.
Phase 1 scale invests in 2 parallel roads along the route, each parallel road includes 2 mixed lanes 7m wide, 1 rudimentary lane 2.5m wide and invests in river crossing bridges on the parallel roads on both sides.
The road connecting to DT830 has a complete scale of 6 lanes, 20m wide, and a 30m wide roadbed. In the completed phase, the highway will have 8 lanes, 2 emergency lanes; the parallel road will have 4 mixed lanes (2 lanes in each direction). Construction capital will come from the provincial budget and other mobilized capital sources. Implementation period is from 2023 to 2025.
The investment and construction project of DT830E (section from the expressway intersection to DT830) is one of the key projects of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
DT830E project is a route that plays a very important role in developing urban infrastructure, traffic connection, socio-economic development of the province, connecting neighboring districts as well as other provinces, especially Ho Chi Minh City.
DT830E route will contribute to connecting important industrial parks from Ben Luc, Can Duoc, Can Giuoc districts to Hiep Phuoc port - Ho Chi Minh City as well as Long An International Port through DT830 route which is being invested in upgrading.
The newly invested route will create vacant land for renovation and expansion, accelerate urbanization, attract investment capital for socio-economic development, and contribute to promoting the development of Long An province into a civilized and modern urban area.
Together with the existing and future road systems in the area, the route will contribute to completing the convenient and synchronous traffic network of Long An province. At the same time, when invested, this route will gradually complete the traffic planning of Long An province.
In addition, the DT830E route is built in accordance with the planning orientation of Ring Road 4 - Ho Chi Minh City issued by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1698/QD-TTg, dated September 28, 2011./.
