Accordingly, regarding the Ring Road 3 Project - Ho Chi Minh City, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh affirmed that these are works with a limited volume, so he requested localities to urgently and resolutely resolve existing problems regarding site clearance, relocation of technical infrastructure, and material mines.
Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh requested Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Long An provinces to resolutely direct relevant units to speed up the relocation of 10 high-voltage power lines in June 2025. Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee directed Saigon Water Corporation to relocate the D1200 water pipeline at Tan Van intersection, to be completed before June 15, 2025.
Tien Giang and Ben Tre provinces complete procedures to put the remaining 4 sand mines into operation before June 15, 2025. Vinh Long, Tien Giang and Ben Tre provinces consider increasing the capacity of sand mines to meet project needs. Investors and contractors proactively work with mine owners to implement procedures to supply sand for the project. Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee directs relevant agencies to coordinate to resolve the source of stone materials for Component 3 Project to meet the schedule.
Regarding construction work, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and Long An directed investors and contractors to focus on accelerating construction, closely following the progress to basically complete in 2025 as directed by the Prime Minister.
